Tommy was born and raised in Charlotte, NC, and working in restaurants is an extension of his upbringing and belief in Southern Hospitality. He started as a dishwasher in 1986 and have worked his way to General Manager, working every position possible. This gives him a good understanding of how important each and every job is to the success of a restaurant. Treating guests as if they were guests in his own home, Tommy's attention to detail is what allows him such good oversight as a manager.
When not working he enjoy hiking in the hills of Oakland, tending to his roses, and riding motorcycles. He has made trips to Utah, Oregon, all over California, and even visited Peru and motorbiked there for two weeks.
